The following are the terms of sale for all purchases from BoomBats, Inc.:
Reservation by e-mail using the Order Form is required. In some cases the form code will
not operate, depending on your browser. If you are having difficulty, merely confirm your order
by e-mailing BoomBats, Inc. at order@boombats.com.
All orders will be confirmed by return e-mail with the total cost, including shipping and
tax. THE PRICES YOU SEE ON THE SITE DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING, TAX (if Applicable)
AND INSURANCE!
It will be your obligation to confirm by-mail that your payment has been sent, thereby
reserving the bat(s) you seek to purchase. All reservations will be held for seven (7) days
after confirmation.
All payments are to be made in United States funds by check or money order, or through the use of PayPal to boombats@boombats.com.
Personal checks will be held for fourteen (14) days to ensure clearance before shipping of
the purchased bat(s); any bat(s) purchased by money order will be shipped immediately.
Shipping is generally $8.00 for east of the Mississippi River and $10.00 for west for the first bat and $4.00 for each additional bat. All shipping will be done by UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. Insurance is $1.50 per $100.00 of value purchased over the first $100. The Purchaser assumes all risk of loss for both shipments and returns.
Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax.

all sales are final ten (10) days after the date the bat was shipped or five (5) days after UPS or USPS indicates the bat was delivered, whichever period is longer; you have an absolute right to return anything you purchase provided that notice by e-mail is provided to order@boombats.com before the sale becomes final. However, any refund will not include the original charge for shipping and/or insurance.
