One of the most difficult things to deal with in this business is a sale that does not occur
because a person orders a bat and then never sends payment or replies. Unfortunately, because
the internet is alomst faceless, we have had to deal with a number of people who refuse to
even exercise the most common courtesy of responding to e-mail. Such persons cause us to
waste immeasurable amounts of time and lose sales. Thus we feel the need to identify them to
others so that you don't experience the same.
A person's name will not be listed here in situations where a bat has been returned or an
order cancelled promptly, even with no explanation. For our purposes a RENEGGER is someone
who orders a bat and then never sends payment and fails to even explain why or respond to our
e-mail queries.
